A Dragoon of the Wonderburg army. I want to thank Daniel Harper from the Juniorgeneral.org website, whom's work helped in speeding up the process in creating the miniatures for my campaign. Please visit that website if you haven't already. It has a lot of inspiration and ideas. I also just purchased real 3D lead minis that I am starting to paint up. Those are mainly just for my amusement as I couldn't get my friends to purchase armies of their own. So I'll just stick with the paper minis for now.

The map as it stands now. Still have work to do on it. The black lines are major roads. At each intersection is a city. These will be used to determine the population of the country. The light tan roads are secondary roads. Major roads, minor roads, and cross country travel will be affected by the weather.

Minis
Some of the minis for my personal army, the nation of Wönderburg. Pictured is the some of the units in the initial invasion force. I am using the army creation rules in the Maurice rule book. I am also going to be using a modified version of the actual miniature battle system. I will also be mixing in some rules of my own creation and other aspects from other games I have been reading. Trying to find the best combination that will work for this project.
What is this about?
I am in the process of creating a miniature campaign set in a horse and musket setting. The miniatures I am designing in pain and will be printed on card stock and cut out. The campaign map is also in the works. The story so far is the King of Arnsburg has died with no heir in place. Three countries have invaded to claim the lands of Arnsburg for themselves. I will be posting pictures of things as I get them done and when the game begins I will be telling the story as a newspaper reporting on the events of the war. Stay tuned.
